Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational
perception on employee performance. This research uses a survey method. The
population in this study was the staff of the National Narcotics Agency totaling 63
respondents. The sampling technique used is the sampling method. The data
collection technique uses a questionnaire and the measurement uses a Likert scale.The data processing technique uses data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of
determination analysis, hypothesis testing and correlation coefficient analysis. The
results of this study using SPSS 22 show that (1) Work Motivation (X1) partially
has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). (2) Organizational
Perception (X2) partially has a significant positive effect on employee
performance (Y). Work Motivation (X1) and Organizational Perception (X2). Simultaneously / together have a significant positive effect on employee
performance (Y)
