Abstract
The objective of the research is to describe situational leadership which exist in Bunga Hati Bangsa junior high and the effect toward employees behavior especially their discipline in doing the job. The research was using a quantitative approach.
The Research showed that situational leadership is having a positive contribution to increase employee's discipline. The data told direction, coaching, supporting, and delegating were done by the principal, supported employees to be discipline, but the effect was not too significant.
