Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of multimedia class in learning at school. This study was
conducted in Cipete Utara 16 Pagi elementary school 4th, 5th, and 6th grade in the second semester (six months), school year 2012/2013. Research subjects in this study were all students who were in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. There are 35 students in each class. This study uses descriptive analysis. The results showed the increased student learning outcomes, with an average of 78 for all studies, Math, Science, Social, Bahasa Indonesia, and Civic. All students have reached a predetermined standard; 70. The data show that students have a very high motivation to learn in a multimedia class, the teacher also has a very high motivation to implement the learning process in a multimedia class because it’s very helpful in providing information to students. Thus multimedia class in school has effectively assist teachers in providing information to students and assist students in improving learning outcomes and student motivation.
