Abstract

Thecirculareconomyisanimportantstrategicapproachinpromotingglobalsustainabilitybyseparatingeconomicgrowthfromenvironmentaldegradation.Thetransitiontoacirculareconomyleveragesdigitaltechnologytoincreaseresourceefficiency,reducewasteandencouragecollaborationamongstakeholders.Thisresearchaimstoexploretheroleofdigitaltechnologyinsupportingentrepreneurialinnovationinthecontextofacirculareconomy.ThisresearchusesthePRISMA(PreferredReportingItemsforSystematicReviewsandMeta-Analyses)methodtocollectandanalyzerelevantliteraturefromreputabledatabasessuchasScopus,WebofScience,andScienceDirect.Theresearchresultsshowthatdigitaltechnologies,suchastheInternetofThings(IoT),artificialintelligence(AI),andbigdataanalysis,haveasignificantroleinfacilitatingentrepreneurialinnovationandacceleratingthetransitiontoacirculareconomy.Theimplicationsofthisresearchareimportantforpolicymakersandbusinesspractitionersindesigningmoresustainableandefficientstrategies.Thisresearchalsomakesanacademiccontributionbyfillingthegapintheliteratureregardingtheinteractionbetweendigitaltechnologyandentrepreneurialinnovationinthecirculareconomy,aswellasprovidingpracticalrecommendationsforimplementationinvariousindustrialsectors
