Abstract
Photography is a very significant visual communication medium in conveying messages in the digital era, especially human values. SMK Nusantara 1 Ciputat is a school that has a vision of mastering science and technology, excellence, religion, innovation, democracy and environmental insight. Humanitarian photography skills are an ability that students as the younger generation must have when using digital media. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of humanitarian photography among students at SMK Nusantara 1 Ciputat. The methods used in community service include lectures, discussions, practice and evaluation. The results of the service showed that the participants consisted of 40 students from SMK Nusantara 1 Ciputat, with 14 women and 26 men. The classes that take place are from class 10 with a total of 16 students and class 11 with a total of 24 students. In basic knowledge of photography and humanity, such as camera equipment, how to take pictures, and human values, there is an increase in the range of 1 to 7 points.
