Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 80 responden pegawai PT Mustika Ratu Cabang Jakarta Timur. Data dioleh menggunakan analisis regresi menggunakan IBM SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ha lini dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai Fhitung sebesar 69.405 dan lebih besar dari Ftabel = 3,12, dengan (df=77, 2) atau 69.405 >3,12 dan nilai signifinikan 0.000 < 0.05, yang artinya variable kompensasi dan beban kerja secara bersama sama atau simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifinikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. date: 2021-07-09 date_type: completed full_text_status: public institution: Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR.
