The research method used here was survey research  method. The sample were 40 teachers. The research examined hypothesis with path analysis method. The research  summarized 1) there was direct influences of entrepreneurship toward teacher’s works satisfaction as stated by  regression equation X3 = 91,957+ 0,462X1 with coefficient correlation value 0,575 at 0.05 significant level. 2) There  was direct influence of self-potency concept toward teacher’s works satisfaction as stated by regression equation X3  = 86,166 + 0,488X2 with coefficient correlation value 0,643 at 0.05 significant level.; 3) there was direct influence  of teacher’s entrepreneurship toward self-potency concept as stated by regression equation X2 = 47,680 + 0,714X1  with coefficient correlation value 0,674 at 0.05 significant level.
