Berbagai faktor gaya hidup diduga berperan dalam meningkatkan risiko hipertensi, namun faktor yang paling dominan pada kelompok usia ini belum diketahui secara pasti. Objektif: Menganalisis determinan gaya hidup yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada dewasa muda di Indonesia. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan data sekunder Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) 2023. Sampel terdiri dari 248.990 responden berusia 18–39 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square, dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Hasil: Prevalensi hipertensi pada dewasa muda sebesar 6,7%. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa usia, jenis kelamin, konsumsi makanan berisiko, konsumsi buah dan sayur, perilaku merokok, konsumsi minuman beralkohol, indeks massa tubuh, dan obesitas sentral berhubungan signifikan dengan hipertensi (p<0,05), sedangkan aktivitas fisik tidak berhubungan signifikan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa usia (PR=2,558), obesitas sentral (PR=2,127), indeks massa tubuh overweight (PR=1,946), dan konsumsi minuman beralkohol (PR=1,719) merupakan faktor yang paling kuat berhubungan dengan hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Usia merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada dewasa muda di Indonesia. Upaya pencegahan hipertensi perlu difokuskan pada pengendalian berat badan, pencegahan obesitas sentral, dan pembatasan konsumsi alkohol sejak usia muda.
