      "abstract": "Eksplorasi agen sitotoksik bahan alam diperlukan untuk mengatasi efek samping dari terapi\r\nkonvensional yang sudah ada pada kanker payudara subtipe Luminal A. Penelitian in vitro\r\nini bertujuan mengevaluasi efek ekstrak metanol daun Mangifera sumbawaensis terhadap\r\nviabilitas dan morfologi sel kanker payudara MCF-7. Komponen bioaktif diekstraksi\r\nmelalui maserasi metanol, lalu diidentifikasi menggunakan Gas Chromatography-Mass\r\nSpectrometry (GC-MS). Uji sitotoksik selanjutnya dilakukan via MTT assay pada\r\nkonsentrasi 62,5\u20131000 ppm dengan inkubasi selama 24 jam. Analisis data menggunakan\r\nOne-Way ANOVA dan regresi linear untuk menentukan nilai IC!\". Hasil GC-MS\r\nmenunjukkan profil metabolit didominasi ester asam lemak dengan Methyl cis-13-\r\noctadecenoate (20,37%) sebagai komponen utama. Secara mikroskopis, paparan ekstrak\r\nmemicu perubahan morfologi berupa sel membulat, pengerutan sitoplasma, dan serpihan\r\napoptosis pada konsentrasi 500 dan 1000 ppm.
