      "abstract": "Pola tidur merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kemampuan konsentrasi\r\nsiswa dalam proses belajar. Tidur yang cukup dan berkualitas berperan penting dalam\r\nmenjaga fungsi kognitif, termasuk perhatian dan fokus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk\r\nmengetahui hubungan antara pola tidur dan tingkat konsentrasi pada siswa kelas 3\u20135 SDN\r\nKebayoran Lama Utara 09 Pagi tahun 2026.\r\nPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan crosssectional\r\ndengan sampel sebanyak 50 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total\r\nsampling. Pola tidur diukur menggunakan Children\u2019s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ),\r\nsedangkan tingkat konsentrasi diukur menggunakan Symbol Cancellation Test (SCT).\r\nAnalisis hubungan kedua variabel dilakukan menggunakan uji Likelihood Ratio.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki pola tidur buruk (66%)\r\ndan tingkat konsentrasi sedang (48%). Siswa dengan pola tidur baik cenderung memiliki\r\ntingkat konsentrasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa dengan pola tidur buruk. Hasil\r\nuji statistik menunjukkan nilai p = 0,026 (p < 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa\r\nterdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pola tidur dan tingkat konsentrasi pada siswa\r\nkelas 3\u20135 SDN Kebayoran Lama Utara 09 Pagi tahun 2026.\r\nKata kunci: Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ), pola tidur, siswa sekolah\r\ndasar, Symbol Cancellation Test (SCT), tingkat konsentrasi.",
