      "abstract": "Pendahuluan: Kopi merupakan minuman berkafein yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh\r\nmasyarakat, khususnya mahasiswa, untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan konsentrasi\r\nselama aktivitas akademik. Kandungan kafein dalam kopi memiliki efek diuretik yang\r\ndapat mempengaruhi pembentukan urin dan berat jenis urin. Berat jenis urin merupakan\r\nparameter yang digunakan untuk menilai kemampuan ginjal dalam mengkonsentrasikan\r\nurin serta kondisi hidrasi tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan\r\nantara kebiasaan mengkonsumsi kopi dengan gambaran berat jenis urin pada mahasiswa\r\nFakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka.\r\nMetode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan\r\ncross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 157 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran\r\nUniversitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka. yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple\r\nrandom sampling. Data kebiasaan konsumsi kopi diperoleh melalui kuesioner, sedangkan\r\npemeriksaan berat jenis urin dilakukan menggunakan metode dipstick. Analisis data\r\ndilakukan secara bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square.\r\nHasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden\r\nmemiliki tingkat konsumsi kopi kategori rendah hingga sedang dengan gambaran berat\r\njenis urin dalam batas normal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-\r\nSquare diperoleh nilai p=0,102 (p>0,05), sehingga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat\r\nhubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan mengkonsumsi kopi dengan gambaran berat\r\njenis urin pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr.\r\nHamka.\r\nKesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan mengkonsumsi\r\nkopi dengan gambaran berat jenis urin pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas\r\nMuhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka.\r\nKata kunci: cross-sectional, kopi, kafein, berat jenis urin, mahasiswa kedokteran.",
