Durasi tidur yang cukup berhubungan dengan sekresi hormon pertumbuhan yang mendukung pertumbuhan linear anak. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara durasi tidur dengan tinggi badan pada anak prasekolah di TK Islam Bhakti Mulya Utama.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 anak usia 3–7 tahun. Data durasi tidur diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh orang tua, sedangkan tinggi badan diukur secara langsung menggunakan alat antropometri. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Fisher’s Exact Test dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil dan pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak memiliki durasi tidur yang cukup dan tinggi badan dalam kategori normal. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan nilai p = 0,451 (p > 0,05), sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi tidur dengan tinggi badan pada anak prasekolah di TK Islam Bhakti Mulya Utama.Tinggi badan anak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain seperti genetik, nutrisi, aktivitas fisik, dan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini tetap penting sebagai bentuk evaluasi pola tidur anak prasekolah.
