      "abstract": "Pendahuluan: Tidur memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pertumbuhan dan\r\nperkembangan anak, terutama pada usia prasekolah. Durasi tidur yang cukup berhubungan\r\ndengan sekresi hormon pertumbuhan yang mendukung pertumbuhan linear anak.\r\nMetode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara durasi tidur dengan\r\ntinggi badan pada anak prasekolah di TK Islam Bhakti Mulya Utama.Penelitian ini\r\nmenggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel\r\npenelitian berjumlah 60 anak usia 3\u20137 tahun. Data durasi tidur diperoleh melalui kuesioner\r\nyang diisi oleh orang tua, sedangkan tinggi badan diukur secara langsung menggunakan\r\nalat antropometri. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Fisher\u2019s Exact Test dengan\r\ntingkat signifikansi p < 0,05.\r\nHasil dan pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak\r\nmemiliki durasi tidur yang cukup dan tinggi badan dalam kategori normal. Hasil analisis\r\nbivariat menunjukkan nilai p = 0,451 (p > 0,05), sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan yang\r\nsignifikan antara durasi tidur dengan tinggi badan pada anak prasekolah di TK Islam Bhakti\r\nMulya Utama.Tinggi badan anak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain seperti genetik,\r\nnutrisi, aktivitas fisik, dan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini tetap penting sebagai bentuk\r\nevaluasi pola tidur anak prasekolah.\r\nKata kunci: durasi tidur, tinggi badan, anak prasekolah.",
