      "abstract": "Karsinoma endometrioid merupakan tipe karsinoma endometrium yang paling sering ditemukan dan berhubungan dengan berbagai faktor risiko reproduktif serta hormonal. Status paritas diketahui memiliki peran protektif terhadap kejadian karsinoma endometrium melalui mekanisme dominasi progesteron selama kehamilan. Namun, penelitian mengenai hubungan status paritas dengan karsinoma endometrioid di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status paritas dengan kejadian karsinoma endometrioid pada pasien wanita di Rumah Sakit An-Nisa Tangerang periode 2021\u20132026. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case-control berbasis data rekam medis. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 subjek yang terdiri atas 11 kasus karsinoma endometrioid dan 44 kasus polip endometrium sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas subjek termasuk kelompok non-nullipara (80%), obesitas (65,5%), dan berusia kurang dari 50 tahun (83,6%). Analisis hubungan status paritas dengan diagnosis histopatologi menunjukkan nilai p = 0,273 sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara status paritas dan karsinoma endometrioid. Hubungan antara IMT dan diagnosis histopatologi juga tidak bermakna (p = 0,832). Sebaliknya, usia menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian karsinoma endometrioid (p < 0,001), dengan proporsi kasus lebih tinggi pada kelompok usia >50 tahun. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa status paritas tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian karsinoma endometrioid pada populasi penelitian ini. Faktor usia menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian karsinoma endometrioid, sedangkan IMT tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan.\r\nKata Kunci : status paritas, karsinoma endometrioid, kanker endometrium, usia, indeks massa tubuh, polip endometrium.",
