abstract: Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan medikolegal yang terus
mengalami peningkatan di Indonesia, dengan data SIMFONI PPA mencatat 11.771 korban
anak pada tahun 2024. Temuan luka fisik dalam kasus ini sangat bervariasi dan diduga
dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik korban, namun penelitian analitik yang secara sistematis
menguji hubungan tersebut masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini dilandaskan pada teori
kerentanan biologis dan anatomi genital anak, konsep medikolegal Visum et Repertum
(VeR), serta kerangka teoritis perlindungan anak berdasarkan UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2014.
Desain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional,
menggunakan data sekunder retrospektif dari 296 dokumen VeR kasus kekerasan seksual
anak di RS Bhayangkara Tingkat I Pusdokkes Polri tahun 2024. Penggalian data dilakukan
melalui telaah rekam medis dan hasil VeR, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Pearson
Chi-Square via SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korban didominasi kelompok usia 6–
12 tahun (34,1%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (89,9%), dengan sebagian besar pelaporan
dilakukan lebih dari 48 jam pasca-kejadian (66,1%). Jenis luka terbanyak adalah luka robek
(58,1%), dan lokasi luka paling sering ditemukan pada area anogenital (82,1%). Analisis
bivariat membuktikan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara usia (p<0,001), jenis kelamin
(p<0,001), dan waktu pelaporan (p=0,041) dengan jenis luka fisik. Sebaliknya, tidak
ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara usia maupun jenis kelamin dengan lokasi luka.
Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa karakteristik korban berpengaruh terhadap temuan klinis
forensik, sehingga pemeriksaan VeR yang komprehensif dan pelaporan dini menjadi kunci
penguatan bukti dalam penegakan hukum kasus kekerasan seksual anak.
