Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sesi tatap muka yang terdiri dari tiga tahap: pengenalan teori, penerapan teori dalam penulisan, dan evaluasi melalui diskusi kelompok. Pelatihan ini menekankan pada pengajaran elemen dasar cerita pendek, seperti tema, karakter, plot, latar (setting), dan gaya bahasa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan menulis peserta, yang tercermin pada kualitas cerita yang lebih terstruktur dan kreatif. Selain itu, pelatihan ini berhasil merangsang kreativitas dan imajinasi peserta, dengan banyak peserta yang menghasilkan cerita yang lebih kompleks dan penuh imajinasi. Proses diskusi kelompok dan umpan balik konstruktif turut memperkaya proses pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, untuk mencapai dampak jangka panjang, disarankan agar pelatihan ini dilanjutkan dalam program berkelanjutan yang lebih terstruktur. Penelitian lanjutan juga diperlukan untuk mengukur efek jangka panjang terhadap keterampilan literasi dan kreativitas siswa. Pelatihan ini berpotensi menjadi model yang efektif dalam pengembangan literasi kreatif di tingkat sekolah menengah. Pelatihan menulis cerita pendek bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan and imagination, especially among 11th-grade students at Perguruan Al Istiqomah, Tangerang, Banten Province. This activity was conducted in face-to-face sessions, comprising three stages: theoretical introduction, application of the theory in writing, and evaluation through group discussions. The training emphasized the basic elements of short stories, including theme, character, plot, setting, and style. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' writing skills, reflected in the more structured and creative quality of the stories produced. Furthermore, this training successfully stimulated participants' creativity and imagination, with many participants producing more complex and imaginative stories. The group discussion process and constructive feedback enriched the learning experience. However, to achieve long-term impacts, it is recommended that this training be continued in a more structured and sustainable program. Further research is also needed to measure the long-term effects on students' literacy skills and creativity. This training has the potential to become an effective model for developing creative literacy at the secondary school level.
