Balloon Mitral Valvuloplasty (BMV) merupakan terapi intervensi nonbedah yang bertujuan melebarkan katup mitral untuk memperbaiki aliran darah dan parameter hemodinamik. Monitoring hemodinamik selama tindakan BMV berperan penting dalam menilai keberhasilan prosedur.&#13;
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif pada pemeriksaan BMV pada pasien dengan mitral stenosis berat.&#13;
Hasil: Setelah dilakukan tindakan BMV diperoleh nilai Mitral Valve Area (MVA) 1.65 cm² dan nilai Mitral Valve Gradient (MVG) 8.2 mmHg.&#13;
Kesimpulan: Tindakan Balloon Mitral Valvuloplasty memberikan perbaikan parameter hemodinamik pada pasien dengan severe mitral stenosis, yang ditandai dengan peningkatan MVA dan penurunan MVG.&#13;
