	bibo:abstract "Latar Belakang: Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) merupakan penyebab kematian akibat penyempitan arteri koroner. Intervensi Koroner Perkutan (IKP) dengan pemasangan stent menjadi terapi, namun lesi terkalsifikasi dapat menghambat ekspansi stent optimal. IVUS membantu menilai karakteristik lesi dan implantasi stent.\r\nTujuan: Menilai keberhasilan IKP pada lesi koroner terkalsifikasi dengan panduan IVUS melalui evaluasi lesi dan ekspansi stent.\r\nMetode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada pasien PJK dengan lesi koroner terkalsifikasi yang menjalani IKP dengan panduan IVUS.\r\nHasil: Angiografi menunjukkan stenosis difus pada segmen Left Main (LM) hingga Left Anterior Descending (LAD) dengan kalsifikasi. IVUS menunjukkan MLA 1,96 mm² dan calcium arc 180°–270°. Setelah implantasi dua Drug Eluting Stent (DES), diperoleh ekspansi dan aposisi stent baik dengan TIMI Flow Grade 3.\r\nKesimpulan: IKP dengan dua DES pada segmen LM-LAD menggunakan IVUS memberikan hasil baik dan membantu menilai keberhasilan implantasi stent pada lesi terkalsifikasi.\r\nKata kunci: ekspansi stent, intervensi koroner perkutan (IKP), intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), lesi terkalsifikasi, penyakit jantung koroner (PJK).\r\nDaftar Pustaka: 36 (2011-2026)"^^xsd:string;
