"Data shows low ECDI achievement in Banten Province and high stunting rate in \r\nPandeglang District, Banten, due to the lack of access to health and education, as well as \r\nthe low economy of the community. This study aims to determine the relationship \r\nbetween nutritional status and gross motor development of children. The research method \r\nused was cross sectional observational with a sample of 38 children in kindergartens in \r\nCimanuk District, Pandeglang Regency. Primary data was collected through \r\nanthropometric measurements and the use of Test Of Gross Motor Development 2 \r\n(TGMD-2) instrument, then analyzed using Statistical Program For Social Science \r\n(SPSS) software and analyzed using spearman test. The results showed the highest \r\npercentage distribution, about 84.2% had good nutritional status and about 86.8% had \r\nsuperior gross motor development. The highest percentage cross tabulation results \r\nshowed 84.4% of children had good nutritional status with superior gross motor \r\ndevelopment. The study shows the results of the analysis with a value of (p value = \r\n0.313), it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is \r\nno significant relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development of \r\nchildren measured using the Test Of Gross Motor Development 2 (TGMD2) instrument in \r\nkindergartens in the Cimanuk District area. \r\nKey words: Nutritional Status, Gross Motor Development, Preschool-Age Children"^^ .
