I is known for its rich local wisdom, culture, traditions, and positive character values that can be integrated into school learning. RA Birrul Walidain, a kindergarten in the area, focuses on early childhood education, particularly in reading, writing, and arithmetic. A needs analysis identified the necessity to enhance teachers' knowledge about how to organize fun and meaningful learning activities. To address this need, a community service initiative was implemented to improve the understanding of RA Birrul Walidain in Lebak Muncang. The goal was to to help them to create enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences for children that are integrated with local wisdom through training sessions. The activity was attended by 6 participants, including school principals, teachers, and volunteers. It included counseling and consultations with experts in early childhood education and psychology. The results showed that there was an increase in participants knowledge from 80\% (pre-test) to 85\% (post-test) with a participants satisfaction level of 96\%. All of the participants stated that they understood the material presented by the speakers very well and found it to be useful. It is hoped that after following this activity, the principal and teachers will be able to integrate these new practices into their classroom, allowing children to enjoy the learning process more.} }
