%X Clinical data in hospitals or clinics are composed as information which both of minimized the medication error and guarantee the patient safety. Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) had proved to achieve successful implementation in order to decrease medication error thorough decreasing prescribing error. However, it also reflected adverse event that included adding time for order entry to general practitioner and decreased communication and information to patient.
