Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi z di DKI Jakarta dengan rentang tahun lahir yaitu 1997-2012. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 411 generasi z. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer, data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa innovativeness, usefulness dan optimism berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap fenomena cashless society. Namun pada ease of use, intrinsic motivation, dan perceived risk tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap fenomena cashless society.
