By using method research of SEM ( Structural Equation Modelling) and AMOS software ( Analysis Of Moment Structure) as a means of assist enumeration of its data, this research in the reality have to be finished with band analysis. Result of which emerge in this research by related at Successfulness of Information System theory from Delone and Mclean not yet seen on Wira-Wiri website and reality is not yet effective fully as according to hypothesis early that this situs  is true effective correctness to all community member exploiting it.
