Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang mengumpulkan data secara langsung berupa penyebaran kuisioner, dengan sampel 110 responden, dan sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan yang tercover BPJS di Rumah Sakit Agung Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, model regresi linier berganda penelitian ini adalah = Ŷ = 5,517 + 0,323 X1 + 0,403 X2. Kemudian hasil pengolahan data uji-t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 6,954 > 1,982, kemudian citra merek memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 10,388 > 1,982 . Serta hasil dari uji F juga terdapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 180,311 sedangkan derajat kebebasan (df) pembilang 2 dan penyebut 107 diperoleh nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,08 Hasil nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (180,311 > 3,08). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien, dan citra merek berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien.
