abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2015 sampai 2020 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Current ratio, net profit margin, debt to equity ratio dan total aset turnover merupakan variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan pertumbuhan laba merupakan variabel terikat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dari perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis manajemen keuangan, statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi data panel, analisis determinasi (R2) serta pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara parsial current ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara parsial net profit margin, debt to equity ratio dan total asset turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.
