Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan instrument berupa kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Nusantara Depok, sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik sampling yang di gunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik penyelesaian olah dan anaslisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bukti bahwa setelah Mobile Banking, Kepercayaan, Kualitas Pelayanan di hitung ke dalam software SPSS Versi 25, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mobile banking berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah.
