abstract: Kepuasan terapi pasien diabetes melitus (DM) tipe 2 adalah salah satu faktor
penting dalam menilai efektivitas pengobatan pasien. Rendahnya kepuasan
terapi dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien DM. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan terapi dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien
DM tipe 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kepuasan terapi Treatment
Statisfication with Medicine Questionnaire (SATMED-Q®
) yang telah di uji
validitas dan reliabilitasnya dan kuesioner kualitas hidup EQ-5D-5L dan EQVAS. Analisis data menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis, Chi-square dan
Spearman rho. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional dan
observational, dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2022. Responden
pada penelitian ini yaitu 126 pasien DM tipe 2 di poli Penyakit Tidak Menular
(PTM) dan poli Lansia Puskesmas Kecamatan Pademangan. Hasil Penelitian
ini menunjukkan sebagian besar pasien puas 74,4%. Rata-rata kualitas hidup
pasien berdasarkan kuesioner EQ-5D-5L adalah 0,79 ± 0,21 dan berdasarkan
kuesioner EQ-VAS 76,3 ± 11,26. Hasil uji Spearman Rho menunjukkan
kepuasan terapi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kualitas hidup
dengan nilai p 0,007 pada EQ-5D-5L dan nilai p 0,026 pada EQ-VAS dan
koefisien korelasi 0,240 pada EQ-5D-5L dan 0,198 pada EQ-VAS.
Kesimpulannya, adanya hubungan antara kepuasan terapi dengan kualitas
hidup. Pasien dengan kepuasan terapi yang tinggi memiliki kualitas hidup yang
tinggi sebaliknya pasien dengan kepuasan terapi yang rendah memiliki kualitas
hidup yang rendah.
