Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien dalam minum obat salah satunya adalah depresi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan depresi dan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi dengan systematic review. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Penelitian ini mengambil artikel yang dipublikasi pada tahun 2010 hingga 2021 menggunakan database Pubmed, ProQuest, dan Science Direct dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang sudah ditentukan dengan mengambil artikel penelitian yang mengukur kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi dan menggunakan wawancara terstandar, kuesioner tervalidasi, atau kode Internal Classification of Disease (ICD9 dan 10) untuk menilai depresi atau gejala depresi pada pasien hipertensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 15 artikel, 9 artikel (60%) diantaranya menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara depresi dan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi sedangkan 6 artikel tidak ada hubungan antara depresi dan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi.
