Senyawa fenolik tersebut dapat diekstraksi dengan metode ekstraksi non konvensional yaitu Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) dan Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE). Penelitian ini merupakan ulasan artikel dalam bentuk narrative review yang membahas tentang bagaimana penentuan kuntitatif senyawa fenolik dari Asteraceae yang diekstraksi menggunakan metode UAE dan MAE. Dari hasil pengulasan pustaka, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tumbuhan Asteraceae memiliki senyawa fenolik yang dapat diekstraksi dengan metode UAE dan MAE. Metode ini cukup efisien dan memiliki banyak keuntungan serta dapat dikembangkan untuk skala industri.
