Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Kepuasaan (X4) terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada Bank Umum Syariah (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengabil data sampel menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota dan Kabupaten Bekasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 24.0. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Reliability terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Umum Syariah. Peneliti juga menemukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Responsiveness dan Kepuasan nasabah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Umum Syariah.
