The purpose of this research is to develop physics learning media in the form of Game Maker Studio application on the material of rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium. This research is a development research using ADDIE model. In the analysis phase, the problem analysis and needs analysis activities are carried out. At the design stage, the design of instructional media is created and then validated by material experts and media experts. At the implementation stage, the learning media were tested on a small group with 15 respondents, and a large group test with 72 respondents. The evaluation phase was carried out by analyzing expert validation data, small group testing and large group testing. Data obtained through the observation method were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. While the validation data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The average score of experts was 94.67% (Very Good), small group test was 76.33% (Good) and large group test was 83.28% (Good). So it can be concluded that this application is suitable for use in learning physics.
