HAMKA %X This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership style, work motivation on the employee performanceat Human Capital Group Division PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (head office) In Jakarta.The sample obtained amounted to 68 respondents. The sample of this research are determined by using jenuh sampling technique. The measurement in questionnaire using a likert scale. The results of this study indicate that based on the result of the multiple linear regression model is obtained by ̂ = 0,426 + 0,536 X1 + 0,323 X2. The analysis showed that the amount of Adjusted R2 is 0,600%, means that the independent variable of situational leadership style and work motivationwere able to explain the variation of the dependent variable is the employee performanceof 60%, while the remaining 40% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The hypothesis testing using a t test shows that the variables of the situational leadership style is partially significantpositiveeffect on employee performance and a work of motivation variables partially significantpositiveeffect on employee performance.
