Two preliminary results are obtained. First, an analytical approach is employed to formulate the problem, which resulted in a multi-period model of assignment problem. Second, a heuristic method is proposed to obtain a near-optimum solution for the problem formulated. This research is expected to contribute in providing a tool for managing operations in an educational organization. date: 2017-10 date_type: published full_text_status: restricted publication: Proceedings of the 2nd Annual International Seminar on Transformative Education and Educational Leadership (AISTEEL 2017) refereed: TRUE issn: 2352-5398 related_url_url: https://www.atlantis-press.com/proceedings/aisteel-17/25887347 related_url_type: pub citation: Diponegoro, Ahmad dan Rukman, Fajar (2017) Modeling of a scheduling method for organizing training assignments.
