Penelitian ini melibatkan 184 karyawan yang sudah bekerja selama 1 tahun di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan google form dan menyebarkan langsung kuisioner. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) oleh Allen &Meyer yang sudah diadaptasi di Indonesia oleh Tambunan (2018) dan Employee Development Scale (EDS) dari penelitian milik Rahman (2012). Analisa regresi hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara pengembangan karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi dengan hasil nilai R Square sebesar 0,610 dengan taraf signifikan (p ≤0,001).
