Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 231 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur moral conviction adalah moral conviction scale yang dikembangkan oleh Skitka et al.(2015), sementara instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur cheating behavior adalah “cheat-lie-steal” scale yang dikembangkan oleh Detert et a.l (2008). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi SPSS 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa moral conviction memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan cheating behavior, dengan nilai R=0.135 dengan P<0.05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi moral conviction maka semakin tinggi cheating behavior pada mahasiswa.
