Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 207 orang terdiri dari 91 orang laki – laki dan 116 orang perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Adversity Response Profile (ARP) yang disusun oleh Stoltz (2000) dan job crafting scale (Tims, Bakker & Derks, 2012). Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai (r) 0,396 dan nilai R Square 0,157 dengan probability value sebesar 0,001 dimana nilai (P<0,001). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan adversitas terhadap job crafting pada karyawan.). Semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan adversitas maka semakin tinggi pula job crafting yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat kecerdasan adversitas semakin rendah pula job crafting yang dimiliki karyawan.
