Terpragelatinisasi Sebagai Superdisintegran Pada Fast Disintegrating Tablets Metoklopramid Hidroklorida ispublished: pub subjects: RS divisions: 48201 abstract: Metoklopramid HCl berkhasiat sebagai antiemetik yang membutuhkan efek cepat, sehingga sangat efektif dibuat dalam fast disintegrating tablet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pati labu kuning terpragelatinisasi sebagai superdisintegran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pati labu kuning terpragelatinisasi dapat dijadikan sebagai superdisintegran dalam formulasi fast disintegrating tablet. Superdisintegran dibuat menjadi 5 konsentrasi berbeda dalam 5 formula yaitu 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% dan 10% dengan metode kempa langsung. Uji yang dilakukan meliputi kekerasan, keregasan, keseragaman ukuran, keseragaman bobot, waktu hancur termodifikasi dan evaluasi kimia tablet. Hasil evaluasi uji kekerasan yaitu F1:1,79 Kg/cm2, F2:2,05 Kg/cm2, F3:2,14 Kg/cm2, F4:2,41 Kg/cm2 dan F5:2,74 Kg/cm2. Hasil evaluasi uji keregasan yaitu F1:1,97%, F2:1,30%, F3:0,93%, F4:0,88% dan F5:0,57%. Hasil evaluasi uji waktu hancur yang diperoleh yaitu F1:29,01 detik, F2:25,87 detik, F3:22,89 detik, F4:20,76 detik dan F5:19,48 detik. Hasil analisa statistik ANOVA satu arah menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pati labu kuning terpragelatinisasi dapat dijadikan superdisintegran dalam formulasi fast disintegrating tablet metoklopramid HCl dan menghasilkan sifat fisik yang memenuhi persyaratan.
