Terhadap Enzim Xantin Oksidase Sebagai Anti Hiperurisemia ispublished: pub subjects: RS divisions: 48201 abstract: Asam urat merupakan hasil metabolisme akhir dari purin yaitu salah satu komponen asam nukleat yang terdapat dalam inti sel tubuh. Daun sendok (Plantago major L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman herbal yang memiliki aktivitas antihiperurisemia, karena mampu berikatan dan menghambat reseptor xantin oksidase sehingga dapat menurunkan kadar asam urat di dalam darah dan memiliki kandungan senyawa flavonoid: apigenin-7-glucosid, baicalein, hispidulin, hispidulin-7-glucuronide, homoplantaginin, luteolin-7-glucosid, luteolin-7-diglucosid, luteolin 6-hydroxy-4’methoxy-7-galactoside, nepetin 7- glucoside, plantaginin, scutellarein. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari kandungan senyawa flavonoid terbaik dari daun sendok yang memiliki skor ChemPLP lebih besar daripada ligan pembanding (Allopurinol) dan memenuhi aturan Lipinski’s Rule of Five sehingga dapat dijadikan kandidat obat antihiperurisemia. Aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu ChemDraw Professional, MarvinSketch, YASARA, PLANTS, serta Discovery Studio. Scutellarein memiliki skor yang paling besar -99,0641 kkal/mol dibandingkan dengan allopurinol yang memiliki nilai skor ChemPLP -98,8155 kkal/mol dan memenuhi aturan Lipinski’s Rule of Five. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa senyawa scutellarein dapat berpotensi sebagai antihiperurisemia.
