abstract: Geriatri adalah cabang disiplin ilmu kedokteran yang mempelajari aspek kesehatan dan kedokteran pada warga lanjut usia. Prevalensi stroke meningkat dari 8,3 per 1000 penduduk tahun 2007 menjadi 12,1 per 1000 penduduk pada tahun 2013. Risiko stroke akan meningkat dua kali setelah usia 55 tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan obat antihipertensi, antidislipidemia dan antiplatelet terkait dengan ketepatan obat dan dosis. Penelitian ini bersifat dekriptif yang diambil dari rekam medis secara retrospektif di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta dan dianalisa menggunakan toolkit. Hasil dari 65 jumlah total pasien dan 155 obat diperoleh ketepatan obat antihipertensi sebesar 93,02% tepat obat, antidislipidemia 100% tepat obat, antiplatelet 100% tepat obat dan hasil ketepatan dosis dari antihipertensi sebesar 98,84% tepat dosis, antidislipidemia sebesar 95,24% tepat dosis, antiplatelet sebesar 100% tepat dosis.
