%V 1 %P 267-273 %N 1 %X Educator competency implementation is crucial, especially a competency that relates to the professional development for classroom learning activity. Learning activity will have a significant meaning when the teacher has a presentation capability with numerous and variational learning method. According to the result of observation and information, there are many schools, especially for Muhammadiyah Primary School, that lack of preparation about an innovative and meaningful learning process. The schools are SD Muhammadiyah 4, located in Dewi Sartika Street 316A, Cawang, East Jakarta, and SD Muhammadiyah 11, located in Tj. Lengkong Street, Kampung Melayu, Bidara Cina, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta. According to the result, problems identification found in Primary School Muhammadiyah in East Jakarta Area are: 1) A partial understanding from primary school teacher about 2013 curriculum entirely; 2) A poor capability implementation from the primary school teacher in the learning process from 2013 curriculum; 3) A knowledge development required for the primary school teacher on the 2013 curriculum; and 4) A procurement of structure and infrastructure supporting element required to achieve a 2013 curriculum target.
