Abstract
Goverment is well recognized as an important part of the system of Good Governance is in Inonesia since it give a significant contribution on the continuous improvement of quality of Indonesian human resources development for many years. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of Organizational Culture Motivation, Competenc in Kelurahan Pondok Petir West Java.
